Holyland was established by Awash Gebrehiwot, a certified local Ethiopian Tourism professional who has worked in various segments of the travel industry since 2007. The company has enjoyed a good history providing tourists to Ethiopia with engaging vacations filled with history and natural beauty. The owner of the company has continued over the years to bring sound management and professionalism to the company and this has kept Holyland a vibrant competitive presence in Ethiopia’s Tour, Travel and car rental Industry.

Awash Gebrehiwot

Manager

Awash Gebrehiwot is the on-site General Manager and brings more than 14 years of experience from the distribution industry. Exacting detail and time sensitive response to customer needs are qualities of our company. He holds bachelor degrees in Mathematics, Diploma in Tour guiding and another international Diploma from Montreal Canada Foundation in Travel and Tourism. Awash brings more than 12+ years in the transportation and tourism industry to the business.

Abrham Tadesse

Tour Operation and Logistics

Lead by Abrham, our skilled Tour operation and Logistics department are adept at handling travel services, transportation international ticketing, and last minute confirmation requests.  Tour guides and driver- guides of our company are very competent, experienced and well-disciplined in "personality" and profession. Our Company Holyland has good relationship with out-bound tour operators of different European Countries USA, and Few Asian Hence, the Company is confident enough in handling big group requests and executes it proficiently in relation with the local car rental demands. 

Hana Nigusse

Finance and Administration

Company has a Finance and Administration Department, which is led by Ms. Nigusse, which she has more than 5 years’ work experience and holds a bachelor degree in accounting. A financial section is that handles all its accounting and bookkeeping in house. We are audited regularly by outside auditors and pass with qualifications.
